Hessen design e.V. continues his multi-part series of discourse on the occasion of Osthang Projects, to identify innovative ways of investigation and design of urban-design processes. Increasingly the designer finds himself in a cross-disciplinary understanding assuming the role of communicators to create awareness of the situation and the potential of brownfield, to create places and urban regions. Because city is not only built space, but above all also a space for experiencing and living. Together with local and international experts from design, architecture and urbanism we investigate and shine light on ways of dealing with the dominant approaches and sustainable planning instruments.
